June is almost here! And after some beautiful bank holiday weather – it finally feels like summer. So who’s looking forward to the month with the longest daylight hours of the year? And what are the national holidays coming up that we can look forward to? Use your social media platforms to inspire your followers, with the following key dates…

This year, it looks like June will begin with some sunny skies, and as it tends to usually be more reliable in terms of weather (touch wood) ☀️ we can expect the better weather to inspire prettier content! Why not utilise this time to get those team photos you’ve been putting off for months and brighten up your feeds?

June is an important month to the LGBTQ community, with it officially being Pride Month. Get involved with some creative posts and join in the celebration of love of all kinds ️‍ … For those local to Bournemouth, check out Bourne Free taking place From 7 to 8 July.

There are also a variety of national holidays in June; some tasty, some important, and some very random! Week one highlights include Leave The Office Early Day  (2nd), Hug Your Cat Day  (4th) and culminates in World Environment Day (5th). A few more of our favourites throughout the month include World Gin Day (10th), National Beer Day  (15th), World Music Day  (21st), Bring Your Dog to Work Day (23rd) and ends in a big one – WORLD SOCIAL MEDIA DAY (30th). Not forgetting Father’s Day! ‍ (18th)

Like every month, June gives us plenty of opportunities to have fun with our socials. So whatever day you wish to celebrate, have a great month and enjoy getting creative!
